Franklin Woods Subdivision, Raleigh
I'm looking at a condo located on 2102 Spring Forest. The subdivision is Franklin Woods. Is anyone familiar with this area? If you are I'd like to hear what you think of the area.

I am so sorry, did not see this until today. I live in Franklin Woods and am renting, thank God because I would not buy. We are going to stay until our lease runs out and then we are leaving. If you like neighbors who let their kids run buck wild and trash your stuff then this is the place for you.
