What I DO find offensive is how high they put those skirts. It's just an invitation for sexual predators to infultrate Cary and mess up our 2nd Safest City status. The skirts should go to the ground, or else give the trees some Jeggings.

Actually she pokes fun at Fuquay a lot more than the surrounding towns. The underwear thing is supposed to be Fuquay's respond to Cary. It's self deprecating. Make sense?
