Remarkably custom for their volume.
My clients have a completely unique front elevation and have re-oriented all of the bathrooms.
The pre-construction meeting lasted a loooooong time but they basically got to choose and adjust everything to their taste. Down to the style and color of the gutters and garage doors.
Granted; they are also pushing $250/sq ft
I say this as the son of one of Tripp Lloyd's PM's haha
