Wwe are contracting with McCar to build a townhouse in Weston Place in Cary, NC. Would like to hear from homeowners in that subdivision with any comments positive or negative you may have.

I am planning to buy a townhome in Weston Place and would like to hear from others that have already bought there. How has your experience been with McCar and how much are they willing to lower the price?

Hey citsen,
I am wondering the same thing. I am looking to purchase a townhome in Weston Place as well, and was hoping to hear from someone who already lives there. Also, is there much flexibility with their price? I am assuming that they are trying to sell the available homes asap. Does anyone have any insight? Thanks!!
