Same here, and I agree fully. It's one service that TWC seems to deliver nearly flawlessly for me. (I know of others who have frequent problems, however). Still, the speeds are not as great as they could be - especially upload - and the prices a bit high.

TWC for internet and television. Flawless service and great contract price. Simply none better, hands down.

Road Runner. I haven't had many issues, but I didn't exactly have many options (long story). I agree that the price could be better.

The Road Runner top tier is $49.99. I recently downgraded a tier to "Lite," which costs $34.95. My iTunes take a little longer to download. Other than that, I can't see any big issues. However, I only use my internet service for surfing the web, checking email, iTunes, and the occassional Youtube. When I had the premium service, I tried to watch tv shows and movies online but it was so choppy that I stopped trying. Not sure if that had to do more with the RR service or my setup.

This pricing if for month to month service, aka no contract.

Time Warner....cable, phone, internet, and we've had regular periods of complete service failure for a month now. I'm on my last leg with them too
