Default Southpoint Manor Pictures (bandwidth warning)

My wife and I were visiting in Southpoint Manor yesterday. I had my camera with me - so I took some pictures as we walked around.

General notes:
- Most lots seem to be at least 1/3 acre
- It's a Chapel Hill address but it's Durham Co
- Community has 3 builders
- http://www.trianglenewhomes.com/community.aspx?ind=SPP

1- Club house (Sales center for now)

2- Pool

3-

4-

5- Space between houses

6-

7-

8-

9-

10- Pedestrian was walking in the street - I yelled at her to get on the side walk (...just kidding )

11- Looser restrictions on paint colors than many neighborhoods

12-

13- Many homes have fairly large backyards

14- Almost a ranch!

Great photos bta Looks like a gorgeous subdivision. I LOVE the blue house

If any photographers are up to it, I'd love to see photos of the Hope Valley area where I've read there are lots of really old homes around some golf course

Thumbs up Great pics!

Thanks for posting them. I like #4 & #9...they look huge! What's the price range for the homes in this SD? Is this in SW Durham?

Beautiful neighborhood! Thank you so much for posting these photos - I'm going to check out their website now.

Anyone know what the commute might be like from this neighborhood to downtown Raleigh? More then 45 minutes?

According to a quick MLS search, current listings range from 475k to 680k.

Southpoint Manor is located near the green arrow on the below map.

If you map "7200 Farrington Rd, Chapel Hill, North Carolina 27517" on any of the online maps, it will get you close to the entrance.
