We are thinking about moving to a house in garner in the subdivision Bingham Station. We are concerned because it seems like there is no easy way to get to the grocery stores from that area. We took a dirt road to the hwy where most of the grocery stores are...
Is there a quicker way that we are missing?

I was just in Binghamton Station the other day (first time) and I remember having to pass a big shopping center with a Target and a bunch of other stores about 5 minutes before arriving. Surely there is a grocery store in there? I hope others can help.
I think eventually Timber Drive is supposed to be extended to somewhere near White Oak (the center with Target, etc), which would help you get to grocery stores. I really don't know the closest grocery - I can't think of a very convenient option, but I'm not super familiar with the area - I have been in the neighborhood, so I know where it is. Next time you're in the there, ask some of the neighbors where they shop.
Too bad Target didn't go with a Supertarget in that location... they would have made a killing! I agree w/ FVmommy, go ask around to see where others go. I was there in early evening and there were quite a few people outside, which would save you the awkardness of knocking on random people's doors.
