I dont know a lot of things. I am a brand new realtor and brand new immigatration. My BIC forward my question to the frontdest laday, this girl even has no Realtor license. So I hope in this professional forum maybe I can get some help. I beleive I can be one of your professional realtor very soon.
As a non-realtor, this scares the jeebus out of me.
First, OP makes it clear that s/he has no experience. And that is ok, assuming there is someone in the office who DOES have experience and knowledge/training. But OP also states that the broker hasn't a clue to the point of asking the "frontdest laday" with no realitor license for the answer to this professional question. Holy crap on a cracker!

Have you ever heard "Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon" ? come from "behind the rock in the dark probably hides a tiger, and the coiling giant root resembles a crouching dragon". which describes talented or extraordinary people who remain hidden and undiscovered, or simply means "talented or extraordinary people hidden from view". Hope those think you are smart in my post understand what I mean.

Thank you NY Annie. Thank you for reading my post. Some poeple just dont read. They just like to show off how smart they are. Giant root think she is a dragon becouse she looks like a dragen.
