A lot of baloney in that site. I looked at it and they have some different concepts and some misconceptions and it starts with the first sentence about believing the buyer agent should get the whole commission. I'd say some failed real estate agent with very little grasp of what he was doing or actual useful real estate knowledge thought that one up. They are trying to pass it off as original but in reality you see it's REO properties so they've just tweaked the HUD online bid system and gave it a stupid name.
If that's enough for you cool. If you'd like me to break it down with detail let me know and I'll be happy to.
Just wondering about it. I have a client that wants to put a bid on a property on there. There really isn't enough info on the website to make me feel comfortable doing it. I'm not putting my butt on the line since my clients cancelled their last contract.

Thanks for your take on it.
Hrmmm, that's a toughie. Suggest taking it to your BIC and calling the site if they have a contact #.
I've used Kazork. My buyer got a good deal and I received a 6% commission. There are for real. I check Kazork before I check my own MLS. It sounds to me like Mr. Hoffman is a little Mr. Cranky Pants.

Ahhh...but at least I know the difference between there and they're. Welcome aboard newbie.
I just closed my first deal with Kazork. I was hesitant in using their online system. They seemed like they would be like HUD but the transaction worked quite differently. Had a little trouble with their closing company but after we worked out some kinks, all went smoothly. Earned the 6% commission they promised and that of course was the best part. Beats the 2.5% to 3% paid with regular transactions. The best part (aside from the commission) was submitting the offer. That part of the process was a total breeze. Wasn't sure they were for real, but turns out they are.
