Anyone know a good agent in Encinitas, California? I also would like a good agent in Morro Bay, California.

I worked with the relocation dept at C21 Award. They use top agents and I would strongly recommend them. 800 221 5234

Other option is a Realty World Agent in Carlsbad David is his name. Only Realty World there. Good agent.

Morro Bay is hard. You might try CB there.

Frankly if you want a top agent though go through their relocation divisions and they have better trained agent and do great followup.

Do try C21Award in San Diego I am no longer in real estate but remember how great they were.

BEHV is right about relocation departments. They screen and train agents and carefully monitor them too.
