I am so frustrated with realtor.com that I can't think of enough 4 letter words to describe them!!

Almost three weeks ago we signed with an agency. From day one our listing has NOT been correct on realtor.com. It consistently is showing the wrong picture for the main picture....could be anything from our bedroom to our living room to our outside storage barn!! I had an agent from the same company (not same area) give me some instructions which I passed on to the agent, but I don't know if they bothered listening to me or what is happening. At least every other day I have to call the office to tell them to get it fixed again. They claim they keep calling customer support and it gets fixed, but within hours it is wrong again. This also includes having many, many duplicate photos on it, so it is taking up some of the 25 allowed and many that SHOULD be on there isn't! We are missing good photos of our living room, kitchen, back deck and bathroom. Yet we have about 8 of our bedroom, 4 of which are duplicates and also duplicates of our 3rd bedroom/office. The beginning of the week we had the correct photos on, but when it screwed up again, it went back to the crappy photos. I was told on Tuesday that there was supposed to be someone from realtor.com coming out to try and see what the problem is, yet I see that nothing has changed.

Is there any agent that has had these problems before. I am at my total wit's end and royally sick and tired with this..........I should NOT have this extra stress along with having to keep the stupid house spotless just in case someone shows up plus packing up things for our move. We are not paying $10,000 to have ME to have to keep tabs and call them every day to get it fixed!! Please help!!!!! I can't even find any place that I can contact reator.com directly myself and yell at them about it.

Realtor.com takes the feed from the agents MLS. What is the main picture on the MLS?
If it is the front of the house, then that is what will show there. If it's not, then the picture on the MLS is what will show...until the agent goes in and changes it. The duplicate pictures are because the agent isn't loading the pictures into the site properly.
Your agent has access to the support team of realtor.com, not the home owner. It's the agents account, not yours. Have you spoken with the agents broker? If not, you should.

Why isn't your agent taking care of this for you??? That's my first question. Of course, I'm assuming you hired a Realtor to represent you and market your home...not one of those companies you just pay to put your home on MLS. Please clarify.

Yes, we hired a honest to goodness realtor, certified and everything. And she IS the broker of the agency, although I think she gave the !! And the reason that I have to do it is because after they get it corrected, they don't seem to keep going back to check and make sure it is still OK. Although since there has been so much problem with it, I feel they should be checking it every day.

Pictures on the MLS are correct, as are the pix on the company's website. So I don't know why it is getting screwed up on realtor.com. I don't know whether it's because the MLS is only 8 pix and realtor.com has 25. But then again, their main company site has unlimited pix available to them and she has 25 on there, but they aren't the same 25 as on realtor.com. The 25 on their company site are OK.

My realtor kept blaming realtor.com for the misatkes and it took me # of emails, calls to have it corrected and still I didn't have the first sentence as requested...., but the realtor claimed it wasn't the MLS but realtor.com, although later another realtor showed me the MLS listing and the measurements of the rooms were way off and on many MLS listings the CDD fees, HOA fees aren't listed or wrongly listed.

I once had a problem with realtor.com - one of my listings did not show a photo at all even though it had been uploaded to our mls site at the same time the listing was.

It took two weeks and a lot of emails to realtor.com for the pic to appear.

Still don't know what the problem was, and I haven't had a problem since ... glitch in the matrix probably.

This is an agent problem in my opinion. I also have the enhanced listing. Realtor.com doesn't allow you to reorder your photos on the site, you have to upload them in the order you want.

Your agent needs to delete all her Realtor.com photos and start all over. This sounds like a real estate agent techincal problem.

If I'm not mistaken you can rearrange the photo lineup with the premium service.

I hope you don't have to double-check all of her work this closely
Carelessness drives me up the wall. Everybody makes mistakes occasionally, but when you have to continually nag somebody to do their work properly, it gets old fast not to mention what it does to your confidence in them.
