Yes, I'd actually like to take the plants out of the pots and plant them. My DH doesn't want me messing with the bed because he likes it "neat" in there. I think I might take the big one out and move the bird bath over or take the bird bath out. The patio is painted and looks great! The door handle is painted too. I think I need to paint the kick plate the same color as the handle now. I want to get some annuals or a colorful plant as well. I will post a new pic soon.

as already said , tuck that cute little rottie pup in with the corner
or next to a plant.
put the two pots next to each other on the
back left side of patio.
be careful if you pressure wash , paint might chip,
should that happen I would defenitely paint it a brown color
that is closer to the paver walkway.
you could put little pup on the table next
to a small potted plant.
good luck , your place does look
very tidy.

I'm not crazy about the red walkway, and it would be a bit of a turnoff to me as a buyer. It might be the lighting in the picture, but the red in the walkway seems to clash with the red in the brick. One looks more red-orange, the other looks more red-purple. It's somewhat visually jarring to me.

Not sure how expensive that would be to change, though, so your best bet might be to just work with what you have.

And I agree with the previous comments about the brass trim on the door.

As promised, here is a pic of the front of the house. What do you think?

My first thought was the house has a robot face on it. Can you put some flower boxes under those windows to break it up?

Otherwise, it looks nice.

My thoughts too. Something about the front isnt appealing to the eye. It does however look neat, clean and well taken care of...huge plus!
Can you do something to bring attention off the chunky window/garage door appearance? Large pots with flowers? Like Silverfall said -window boxes? Potted flowers along the walkway?

Default My first reaction

frowny face (curve above garage)
something needs to be done to "make it smile"

Yes, people do mention that. LOL I'm not too sure what to do about it. Would it make a difference if I painted the white around the garage the same color as the house?

Maybe. But it definitely needs some spots of color (flowers, pots).
