When I brought my first house, I had kids at home still. It was 1900 sq ft. Even though I'm single when I buy again I want something a bit larger, perhaps 2500-3000 sq ft.

I don't know how many square feet it is without looking it up, but it's a townhouse with three floors, three bedrooms, and four bathrooms. I think it's the perfect size for one person and a cat!
