My basement is not a walkout but is partially above ground so lots of windows. Wish it was a walkout though! Cabinets are nice - they are hickory and a decent style that can be updated with only new hardware. Yes there is a powder room on the main floor for guests to use.

Oh, so it's really a high ranch then.

It's a tough layout for families. They want the bedrooms all on the same floor.

In my neck of the woods..........you have a two bedroom house.

What does your assessment card say?

I agree. Start looking at other homes. Go to open houses. Call realtors. Sooner or later you will run across an agent who has her/his ducks in a row.

I would never consider putting a regular tub in a MBR. They are not deep enough for a decent soak for an adult and as you get older they are increasingly difficult to get out of. Talk to someone who has rotator cuff problems about how difficult it is to get in and out of a regular tub.

How on zillow do you see the track record of agents?
Well agents are allowed to post their sales so you can click on the addresses and see what they originally listed it at, price drops etc. You can also see their sales volume. Not all agents put their stats out there, but I think is says something positive for agents that do.
