That is so cool! The TARDIS is the icing on the cake! I would definitely insist on keeping it. I wonder if there are any weeping angel statues on the property? If so, remember....don't blink!

Probably a kit. The real police box would be incredibly heavy and very costly to ship. There are on line instructions on how to build one. I also thought it was cool the house interior trim matched it!

the house is amazing! The tardis is just a tardis! It's not an outhouse or anything. Empty on the inside. Although not bigger on the inside unfortunately . We love the house, we might make an offer. Apparently they already have another interested party but no offer. The other interested party needs her husband to see it first.

We will see, but I hope we can get it! We have to sell our current home first though. It's been on the market for a couple months now

I love that house and as a half-Brit (thanks Mom) I especially like the Tardis! (although I haven't watched Dr. Who in literally decades so I had to look it up)

OP, looks like at least one of the bathrooms is gigantic. The only thing I find puzzling is why it has only 3 bedrooms if it's 4,000 square feet?

If I had a tardis, my grandson would come to visit and never go home!!! I also like the tardis-blue trim inside the house.

Best of luck-I hope you get it. Looks like a great place

As for the square footage, is the basement being counted? Doesn't look like 4,000 square feet on first and second floors. Do realty agents include the basement in NC ?

I think they are including the third floor. I'm not sure I would have because it has pretty low ceilings and it looks like it's mainly used as storage.

What do you mean? The Tardis alone has over 4,000 square feet!
