I recently baked three ingredient cookies and they are a keeper. They are fast to make, taste delicious and there are two versions to bake them.I like the thinner, flatter cookie version for they taste like butterscotch candies, while the other version are heaped teaspoons and they taste soft and very rich.
Baked at 305 F about 20 minutes,25 minutes for the heaped ones.
250 g soft salted butter
200 g dark brown or light brown sugar of your choice
300 g flour
I decorate with white or semisweet chocolate chips,or drizzle Belgium chocolate over the cookies,or use a dessert folk to make a cross pattern
