Great tip for baking bread.. (oven, pan, dough, quick)

To get a great crust put a pan of water on the bottom oven shelf while the bread is baking, friends have tried this and works great , tip was from Paul,Hollywoods baking book .

Along with the pan of boiling water as you mentioned, after you put your dough in to bake, I take a 1/4 cup of water and splash it on the oven floor and very quickly close the oven door as it steams up.

Use a spray bottle of water and spray inside oven and loaf occassionally will work also.
