Hey everyone, I thought I would share my home ground burger recipe video. I use chuck and bacon all ground together. I HOPE it is ok to post this. Was reading through the rules again and did not see anything about video links.

Though I used the grinder just this morning to make Linguica sausage, I would rarely grind beef for burgers. I prefer to buy the Wagyu available up the road at a market when it’s on sale. Even then expensive, but worth it. I also prefer the bacon to be strips on top of the burger. Now you helped me decide what to have tonight!
i have a grinder on my kitchen counter and i buy the sales chuck steaks and roasts for 2.99lb
even bottom round roasts for 2.99lb
and like Oregon i will buy whole sub primals cheap ( shoulder clods, chuck rolls, and bottom flats)
i also grind chicken from boneless thighs and boneless breasts on sale (less than 1.99lb) and when pork butts are on sale for .99lb to 1.49lb id grind my own pork and make my own sausage ( with a sausge "horn" that came with the grinder.... and i bought the hanks (sausage casings off ebay and also leg's old plantation sausage seasonings off ebay ..
20 years ago i help open a store (at work) and we made some "bacon-burger" at the store from (bacon ends & pieces) and it sold very well!! i know of 5 stores that still sell bacon burger - i like it
