scrambled eggs are a "kitchen sink" dish for me, I'll toss Anything (savory) in with them.

My favorite omelet involves blue cheese, bacon, avocado , and toasted walnuts.

I usually fry up some onions/green pepper and then add a couple of beaten eggs to make an omelet which i then top with HP sauce.

For plain scrambled eggs, salt, pepper and a helping of sour cream. Makes the eggs super creamy and gives them a rich flavor.

Soy sauce on/in eggs fried in butter...yummily delicious!

Break the yolk of over easy eggs and gently pour in the soy...yeah, it will spill over but that's good too.

I open a can of cream of asparagus soup and add a tblsp or so to the raw scrambled eggs and cook em it is really good and there are a few others you can add too . Like cream of broccoli , cream of chicken you get the idea .

I had some Philadelphia whipped chive cream cheese that I put into my scrambled eggs this morning and instead of toasting the bread, I fried it in a pan with a little butter - YUMMO!
