Made them for a special valentine treat but with a twist. Melted white chocolate in the microwave and then added chocolate liqueur to that and only coated half of each ball. Then threw together some fresh raspberries with some raspberry syrup and some raspberry liqueur and, right before serving, drizzled that around the balls on a plate. Very pretty, very sinful!

I made these over the Christmas holidays after reading this thread and they were fabulous!! I sent a batch the hubbies work too and had many request to make them again. I did one batch with peanut butter oreos which rocked.

Well, I just added to them even more. When mixing the crushed oreos with the cream cheese, toss in some Baileys! Add Kahlua to the white chocolate instead of the chocolate liqueur. Ouch!

That is awesome. Is your restaurant in St. Thomas? I bet they go over like crazy! Keep us posted on new varieties to tide us over until we all get to St. Thomas to try them in person.
