Couples are always fighting, arguing, carrying on over stupid, petty things. I understand that money can be an issue. It's all about money in relationships these days.
Can there ever be a perfect long lasting relationship without all the nonsense?

Can it survive without drama? Of course. Can it exist without drama? There's no such thing as a perfect relationship and drama is just life to the extreme. There's good drama and bad. Life without it is merely existance. It's how you handle it that makes or breaks the relationship.

Um, knock on wood, but I've been with my wife for five+ very drama-free years...
We're just not interested in drama. Sometimes we snap a little at each other (again, rare), but I have absolutely NO interest in fighting with her and vicey versey.
Until the end, my last relationship was very drama-free, too...the end had some drama...but that *was* the end...

For a moment I thought that read 'Sometimes we slap a little at each other...'
Sheesh
Anyway, I'm another 5+ years drama-free relationship. We have had a lot of things happen, moved to another country, my Dad died, family things, stressors etc, but we handled everything well.
The less drama the better. In over 10 years, we've had very little drama, except imposed by external circumstances, and we've generally faced that together as a team. We rarely argue, and dislike it when it happens, so we tend to resolve things quickly. We much prefer peace, tranquility, and hot sex. Drama usually interferes with hot sex!
I'd wager that a relationship is more apt to survive without drama, than with it.
I will agree with this.
There are Drama Kings and Queens that can suck a relationship to death. Always making waves with the boat as if to say it's to dang peaceful out here by the lake...I'm going in and kick the dog or something!!!
There are all sorts of people out there. Find the one that cares about keeping the peace. Avoid the ones that will confront anyone just to start drama.

The relationship I'm in now has some drama but not on my end.I'm perfect.LOL
