Being able to afford to raise children doesn't naturally indicate an aptitude for good parenting. It takes more than money to be able to raise and nurture a child and do a good job of it. It obviously DOES take money, but it also takes much MORE than money.

But I think some people that look forward to parenting don't understand just how much money it takes.
I think that many people who become parents fail to understand the non-monetary resources needed to do a sufficient job, myself. I've worked with a lot of kids, and dealt with a multitude of really, really inept, crappy parents.
Lately it seems that I've met a few guys that unfortunately (for me) have had vasectomies.
My question is, are there any guys left out there that still want kids? (and get married?)
FYI, it's "guys WHO", not "guys that". People are not object. The word "that" refers only to objects or possiblty non humans.

I'm not denying that there are non-monetary aspects of parenting.
I'm just saying that nurturing your kids in non-monetary ways won't make up for a lack of money. All the nurturing in the world doesn't matter if you're unable to pay for your kids.
I have noticed its mostly the African-Americans and Hispanics that have lot of kids.
Watch what you're saying. What you're saying is racist. And no, doesn't mean African-Americans and Hispanics are the only ones having children.
I don't know how old you are but your thinking is very narrow minded. Nothing in life can be too planned out and structured and that goes for having children.
Nope not true either. Life doesn't stop when you have a kid or kids.
My life would be ruined if I had a kid.
