249. She said it was more borderline, and may have been affected by the fact that I had only fasted for 7 hours. It's not the first time I've heard this though, and it would line up with my bad diet and lack of exercise.
I'm not really bent out of shape, I'm just gonna start eating healthy and exercising. I already resisted temptation - after the appointment (keep in mind that I left around 3:40PM and had not eaten since 7AM), I walked past a favorite burger joint of mine and dined at a salad place instead :O
And I was really craving a burger too!!
No, 249 isn't the end of the world - not to worry. And maybe this is just a well-timed lesson to do as you said and start watching your diet and exercise a bit more closely.
