No offense, but I think he may be more likely to contract an STD or get involved with a girl that turns out to be crazy that way than with a prostitute. I would say either wait for a partner and both get tested and then start a sexual relationship, or go for a prostitute at a legally regulated brothel...

I'm assuming you're male, and interested in females. And I'm assuming that if you had disabilities or deformities, you'd have mentioned them in your query.
Anyway, many prostitutes who seem to be 'working' of their own free will are actually being trafficked. They are slaves. You would probably be supporting Human Trafficking if you employed a prostitute.
Instead, get your butt to a gym. Go every day, and exercise for an hour. Within a year (and probably in half that time) not only will your looks be improved enough that you will be attractive enough to get girls on your own, your health will be improved.... your credibility at work will probably be enhanced.... AND YOU WILL PROBABLY MEET HOTTIES AT THE GYM.
If you are overweight, the fat will be supported in pleasing ways by the muscle. Plenty of people of both genders are extremely attracted to men who are both fat and muscular.
If you are already fit and attractive, and a virgin (but don't want to be... and there is NOTHING wrong with remaining one your whole life if you want to...some people really do seem to be Asexual), then I don't understand why women are not making themselves available. Try one in her thirties, for starters, maybe.
