I picked a nice middle number. Like a .45 with only 980 fps... But it is a huge chunk of lead.

I have a 45 too, I handload for both. I never have got a trap to get the speed, I just go by the tables.

I don't shoot enough to reload my own, maybe someday when I grow up.
