1. Some men have developed a raging sense of entitlement and don't feel they have to work for a deserving woman. There are still attractive eligible women out there, but they are NOT "Whatever, Whenever" Girls. They expect a man to:

These women are looking for a real love that lasts, and they are not handing out easy sex or easy anything else. They want to be respected as a woman, they do not want their intelligence insulted, their time wasted, nor their emotions toyed with. Many men won't be attracted. That's because they know too many easy ones. The more worthy a man is, the less he desires an easy woman.
2. In defense of women who accept booty calls, married man hook-ups, one night stands and friends with benefits. These, I feel, are the ones who have given up. They don't want to be alone, but they believe it is impossible to meet eligible, appropriate men who are looking to settle down with one woman.
