I love a flat stomach. Plus if a girl has a flat stomach,everything else is probably good too.

I have seen both big boobed and and girls with big arses with not hips whatsoever.

I kinda lump hips into the arse category. They usually go hand in hand.

Of the things you mentioned, I have to rate them in the following order:
1. Butt
2. Legs
3. Breasts
4. Feet
However, if I were to make a list of my own personal top five physical non-facial feature traits on a woman, it would be:
1. Butt - must be round, firm and bubbly (i.e., Kardashian, Vida Guerra, Jessica Beile, Ines Sainz, etc.)
2. Legs, specifically thighs - firmed toned strong femininely muscular and athletic thighs.
3. Abs/stomach - must be flat, tight, toned.
4. Back - cannot beat the sexiness of a muscular and sculpted back on a woman. 5. Arms/shoulders - again, fit, firm and muscular like Jessica Beil when she was in Blade
