Great slogan for Facebook: Where "Creeping is Caring"...

I agree. You put that info out there, facebook 'owns' it. If you have something to hide, set it to private or don't share it at all.

I don't personally care. Nothing to hide. Strangers probably know me better here for the thoughts and ideas I express than the status updates I post (not often) on fb. I agree with the sentiments that fb is starting to lose its appeal. I used to log in everyday to check my newsfeed and thought to myself "who cares?" about 95% of the stuff people shared with their 1000+ friends.

A girl whom I graduated high school with and have not to talked to much since apologized to me for "creeping" on my Facebook profile and learning of all my troubles (she has since, out of her own volition and without me asking, bought me a jacket and other goods and even held a fundraising drive for me). Another girl, whose family in Mexico I visited and whom I talk to every night, asked me about a couple of pictures on my aunt's Facebook page, which she found on her own.

I must say I am flattered by those two persons' interest in me.

Would you consider their actions "creeping"? Would you be flattered, or on the contrary, weirded out by them? Can "creeping" be caring?
If a girl does it and candidly tells you about it, it's caring.

If a guy does it, in any way, shape or form it's creeping, because guys only have 1 intention.
