Awesome!!!! I did speed dating last night and actually met a woman who showed me a lot of interest. We exchanged info and I'm debating on when to call her. Probably call tomorrow and set something up. Fingers crossed for both of us!
Oh crap, just saw your last post. Man, the single life absolutely sucks. I know firsthand. Hang in there. Thats what I'm trying to do.
My suggestion is to mourn it for a day, then actually celebrate. Celebrate the fact that you swallowed your fear and took a chance.
I always reward myself when I ask a girl out. I give myself a little present, whether it's a good meal or a new shirt or a book when I get the courage to call and ask someone out. Whether she says yes or no, I take pride in the chance I took. Take pride too.
