I am working in an IT firm. There is a guy in my team. he is located at a different location. We started chatting due to work. Later became good friends. He then added me in facebook. and then started flirting with me...even i like him..so i went ahead...things were going like this...then we started talking on phone....he is 3 years younger than me...but this never seemed to bother him...
he then told me that he likes me and has started developing some deep feelings for me....
later on even i told him that i feel for him...it was like agreed upon that we were in a distant relationship.
everything was going fine....one day he told me that his ex gf is back in his town and wants to meet him nd all...he said he is confused...i told him if wants to go ahead and be with her..he can..i dont have any issues...we broke up....
but he still tells me that he likes me nd all...he is just confused..he doesnt wanna brk up./...
sometimes he shows that he just wants me and sometimes he doesnt even pick up my calls and behaves as if he doesnt care..
m so confused...i dont understand his behavior..can anyone help me?

He's got no confidence, probably has some time invested in the other lady and is mixed up and immature.
I don't think this is a jerk as the other person posted, I just think they are kind of socially immature.
I would move on. If you are not interested anymore, tell him again and again that you just want to be work associates from this point forward.
If he stalks you let us know.
hey guys....he told me yesterday that he loves me....m not sure what to do....he even got angry on me coz i didnt reply to him when he said he loves me.....m so sorry to bug u all with my thoughts all the time
but i cant share it with any of my frnds now as they just hate him...
