some of you have such hatred for mankind, it speaks volumes of your social and intellectual failings.
Ok, so tell me this. Why should your life have any value to me whatsoever over my pet? I don't hate humankind but I do hold them on the same level as other animals.

You are no more 'right' then the people who think their dog is showing 'emotional love,' seeing as you have never been a dog either.

I think hatred for mankind speaks to how well people did running 'mankind' into the ground in general.

Or maybe it speaks volumes about not wanting anything to do with hyper judgmental people. I seriously don't know why this thread has dragged on so damn long. So what if people consider their pets as part of their family. Why the hell do you all care so damn much? Are you trying to befriend these people and they are ignoring you in favor of their pets? Well I sure is hell would too if you are this damn neurotic and judgmental about everything and I don't even own a pet. If so many of you care so much about other people then log the hell off and go volunteer at a homeless shelter, adopt a kid in a third-world country. And leave people and their pets alone. If anything you are only strengthening their case.

No, I am not, but I am comparing you to a dog given that dogs don't have reading comprehension. There's a common thread here.

Don't be so needy. What is wrong with you guys? Get it straight. It's you with the social failings and you know it. And it's not an intellectual failing to value my dog more than I value you. It's actually a cerebral position. I have no reason to value you. Have you done anything special for humanity other than use and create waste? Most likely not. I'm not going to tell some stranger on the internet that he's more important than my dog because to me you're not. I'm honest, unlike you and the rest of the hypocrites in this thread. As I've mentioned, you choose internet over helping people. You choose entertainment over helping people. You probably choose porn over helping people. But I can't choose my dog over helping people (even tho I am active in my community) because you have some freaky twitch in your messed up head? Please. As Stan noted, my family rules my roost and my dog is a member of my family. My colleagues matter, my friends matter, the people I choose to give to matter.

Excellent post. I hope he spends some time considering the content of this post. He might learn something.

you have repeatedly demonstrated your hatred of people, lack of social skills, and overall negativity on just baout every topic. i don't need to be a dog to understand that a dog is not expressing the same type of love that a human does.

angry much? i wasn't angry at all, but you are trying way to hard to impress the desperate housewives of CD with your hostile remarks. maybe it helped score you some brownie points with people who don't realize that their pets would be just as "loyal" to a perfect stranger with a bacon treat in his hand. you aren't running me off, so don't hand me this bit about volunteering or adopting. maybe you need to log off and find yourself a real girlfriend instead of pretending anyone on here will give you the time of day.

how am i a hypocrite? how do you know what i do in my spare time, how much i volunteer, who i help? am i supposed to spend every waking minute on a crusade to feed the homeless and adopt children in africa? you can't win an argument with logic and reason, so you resort to personal attacks. no wonder you love your dog so much, he can't argue with you. he can't disagree with you, and from what i've seen of your posts, you will argue a point until your keyboard begs for mercy......your dog can't disagree with you and thus he makes a perfect companion.

Sure dude of course your not angry, that's why you decided to resort to some silly ad hominem attacks. If you want to pop a vein over what others do with their lives than that's fine. People who have such grand and fulfilling lives have better things to do then going around and insulting people on the net for the way they live their life. Especially over something as trivial as this.
