I've thought this as well.

I'm introverted, never seem to be successful with girls (or the girls who I talk to end up having boyfriends). I've had 2 "relationships" that lasted 3 months each -- both of which were more physical than anything else, which is why they ended.

I've tried the whole online dating thing without success. My life would be a hell of a lot easier if i stopped caring

Easier isn't necessarily better.

Apathy is gained passively, not by choice. But that's just my way of seeing it.

Why not? 21 is the perfect age to set some guidelines for your life. Besides, hopefully my temperament will relationships away.

Actually, I think you should have made all your life decisions by the age of 13. 21 is really far too old.

You're never too old to stay away from trouble.

Setting some guidelines for the future isn't a bad thing. They can give you an idea of what you want to work towards for the future. It's only when you have them set in stone without leaving room for any flexibility is when it becomes an issue.

Flexibility in this case means disaster.
