This seems to be a common problem with open relationships. Usually the two parties go in with different agendas. One person is thinking this is a great way to keep her options open and date multiple people while the other person only agreed to the arrangement because he thinks it's the best option he has to be with the one he loves. Inevitably when something like this happens, the one in love reveals he is unhappy with the terms of the arrangement all along.

Yes, you're wrong for reading it, but don't you find it just a little odd that she didn't bother to delete the text in the first place?
