Very easy to untangle that one: one is honest. The other is not. Honesty always trumps deception.
Breaking the law isn't what I would call honest. Neither is assistance to the drug trade.....or various other criminal acts that go with hookers and their pimps.
He could even find himself "rolled" or killed if he isn't careful.
Guy B is worse. But, yeah, Guy A better tell any sex partners he has in the future (prior to having sex with them) that he's been to prostitutes ... or else he becomes worse (because prostitutes have a high rate of STDs).
The worst is people who have STD's or likely have STD's but don't care if they give someone else an STD. That's just sick and pathetic, man.
If he goes to a brothel or uses some sort of escort service, those women are tested very frequently. If he uses prostitutes off the street...well, I'd be more concerned about giving money to people who participate in human trafficking and are often very abusive than the possibility of STDs.
Having casual sex with random people is far more dangerous.

Guy A isn't misleading people therefore has nothing to be ashamed of. I have no problem with him.
Guy B is misleading people and playing with their emotions. Guy B is worse.
