Okay so let me first say this is somewhat raunchy in the phrasing but overall its just an interesting concept of who brings more to the table in a relationship the man or the women. I won't post the text here but I'll link to it. What do you guys think.

One interesting double standard that the poster brought up was the idea that equity of household chores means the guy does all the heavy lifting and gross jobs like snaking drains, plunging toilets, taking out garbage, plus the women wants the guy to help with the normal chores as well like dishes, laundry, vacuuming....

"In this day and age, you'll be lucky if your girl cooks dinner. Most girls seem to think equality means sharing the 'girl chores' and letting you do all the guy chores. When it's time to move into a new place, you'll see who is carrying all the **** (YOU ARE). When it comes to money, you'll see who is getting screwed (YOU ARE). Etc, etc, etc...."

AGREE OR DISAGREE?

Just date other guys, then it won't be an "issue" for you anymore.

Both should be sharing chores and both should be paying bills. This is really a stupid thread. There is no such thing as men chores or women chores.

AGREE OR DISAGREE?
Be a man and take the lead.

Vacuum in the nude.

Make love on the washer during the spin cycle.

Work can be fun.

I think any couple that is busy worrying about who is bringing more to the table is missing the point of the relationship or is with the wrong person.

I clicked the link in the OP, and I shouldn't have. Whatever that board is, the Algonquin Round Table it is certainly not.
