So here is the deal; I'll try to make this as short as possible. My ex girlfriend broke up with me almost 2 months ago. We work together.

I made the usual mistakes of contacting her every few days and had even tried to convince her to give me another chance about a week after she broke up with me.

About a month ago, I told her on our work messenger program that it had taken me a while to move on. She said she was glad that I had and that she would never want me to be sad. And that she knew she made the right decision by breaking up with me. I agreed and we chatted a little the rest of that Friday afternoon but I never contacted her again after that via email, lync, phone, text, etc. However, I was still nice and polite and would say "Hey, how's it going?" or something when I would bump into her in the halls.

She goes back and forth between ignoring me and trying to avoid me, and then walking by a lot or laughing/talking loudly to people around me, etc. And now, for the past week and a half, she actually seems mad at me for no reason.

Does anyone have any insight? Since we work together I'm just trying to get along, but she's making it awkward now and hard to do that. I thought we were fine. If anything I should be the one who's mad or bitter since I got dumped.

My advice is to get another girlfriend in order to move past this one.

I just read your thread that you made back in May. Why would you want her back after what she has done to you? Find yourself a nice girl.

Lesson #1 - Don't get your meat where you get your bread.

Lesson #2 - She broke up with you. LEAVE HER ALONE!! You two are not going to be friends, friendly or any variation of comrades. This is why so many of us advocate to NOT get mixed up with coworkers. The best thing you can do is give both of you space to move on.

No.

[but this is one of the reasons I don't date coworkers]

NEVER take romance into the office for any reason under any circumstance because you are going through what happens when things don't work out.
The best thing to do in my opinion is to tend to your business at work in a professional manner and do not engage her in any way when you see her in the hall.

She's immature? Addicted to drama? Who knows. Ignore her. You're not dating her anymore so it's no longer your problem. Just make sure you are openly polite and make sure you don't intentionally give her anything to work with. Whatever's going on in her mind needs to be imagined.

Only worry about it if your coworkers start giving you funny looks.
