Matthew, have you ever considered plastic surgery?
They do perform miracles and, I'm quite sure, can uglify you to the point that you will no longer have to worry.
I got gluteal implants last year but I don't feel like they helped much. I'm considering penile enhancement surgery, but I have to make sure obamacare will cover it first.

I tried something similar last year. I bought a hammock, cut a hole in it, put mr. winky in the hole and then tied a 25 pound weight to him. That way I could stretch it while I slept. It was hell on my back and it ended up not working.
