I haven't ruled it out, but so far I've worked in smaller companies where I have constant contact with most of the other employees. I don't think that's a good environment for dating.

And I know they are not relationship material because they brag about cheating, judge women VERY harshly solely by their appearances, talk crap about other employees behind their backs etc etc. For the most part, they just weren't men I would want to be in a relationship with. The ones who were decent were in relationships or married, so they were obviously not available.

Just because someone says they cheat does not mean they do.
Harsh as in?

Very good.

Telling her the truth about his feelings puts the ball right in her court. She decides whether to throw it away or keep the ball and share it with him.

I would let her know the truth of my feelings and do my best to move on from her if she doesn't want to be with me. I think it's easier to move on from someone who won't reciprocate your feelings if you are true to yourself first.

Being totally honest with yourself is the first step to freedom.

Don't you think he should also tell her he is not sexually attracted to her at the same time?

Why do people keep glossing over that fact?

When someone tells you they're a douchebag, believe them. Why would I want to be with someone who brags about cheating when they don't? No thanks.

And harsh as in picking apart every female customers bodies when they came in. Giving worse service to unattractive women and discounts/better service to the attractive ones. It got old hearing about how ugly and fat women were, how it was gross when women's legs touched, how scars were disgusting, how they'd kick a woman out of bed if she had cellulite etc etc.

My self esteem may have been really really low back then, but not even I would stoop to dating a guy like that.

How to not end up in the dreaded "friend zone"
My version of Cliff Notes

+Be a man
+Stop acting like her friend
+Flirt with her
+Tease her playfully
+Be polite, but stop being there for her all the time
+Be the one who ends the conversation and/or text message rant
+Pretend or try to have a life
+Stop being so "sweet" nice, and show some confidence and masculinity around her and learn to say no
+Don't buy her gifts
+Appear fun/outgoing, instead of goofy
+Speak confidently
+Make your intentions known from the fairly beginning. You can be subtle about them if you like. However, don't wait months on end to "make a move." Doing this will only make it more difficult going forward, and can cause you to even come off as a bit creepy with all the made of scenarios you have been working out in your head.
+Stop stalking her Facebook, Tumbler, and Twitter pages and/or commenting on them.
+Don't be her friend if it's only going to hurt you having to hear about her problems with other dudes. It's not fair to you, and its not fair to her.

The End

What if a girl rejects a guy and next year he becomes very successful and shows up in the money magazines?

Lol. Who is that someone?

Like I said talk means nothing. What prove do you have that the guy cheated?

Is this a retail business? If he is giving poor service than that would be a performance issue regardless of if they were attractive or not right? I have a small business and I treat everyone like a family.

A girl will actually tell a guy if he is so sweet and that is good.

Goofy is a good skill. It means a guy is confident enough make a fool of himself and laugh it off and be confident about it.

Sometimes a guy can come creepy if the flirt goes too far at the start.
