Usually all I hear are birds chirping, an owl or eagle hunting, chipmunkees, squirrels squeaking, at times the flapping of hummingbird wings at their feeders. Once in a while, one of my dogs barking...

When my dogs are inside, deer are quietly munching on the wild grasses & bush's.

I live in the suburbs but in a river wooded area. We often see deer walking down the sidewalk just strolling along. One night, one got on my front porch, dogs went ape. I was only afraid it would crash through the front window. It happened down the street. Guy came home and found a deer in his house and I drove past a house and the deer was standing by the front door like it was selling something.

I heard a knock on the front door. It was hard and loud like a human knock, only I opened the door and there was just a squirrel sitting there with a nut. I think he was trying to find a place to hide it or selling them.

WF's probably starting to feel a little dubious at this point.

I can accommodate only so many dibs.

I see. So what makes one unit upwards of $150K more than another? Other than an extra bed and bath? That seems crazy.

When I was up that way, there was a street that had really nice, older homes.

I LOVE this:

Where do you see that? They are within about $5k of each other, the price variant is different square footage.
The are some beautiful old restored homes around here. Around late summer the Preservation Society has a home tour in which owners will open their homes for tours. Very cool.

There's one unit listed for $295K ...and on the low end there's a unit listed for $129K

I love, older updated homes.

Yeah, that one is 2 bedroom, nearly 1800 sq ft. Though it was designed as a single unit, essentially it occupies the space of two units.
