It's not a fair comparison. Losing weight and eating healthy, vs. all those other things? How are you supposed to become rich? Funny, easygoing and confident are do-able. Intelligent may be too, if you're willing to go to school or develop your mind in other ways.
Losing weight and eating healthy aren't enough to attract a mate, btw, if that's what you were thinking, op. And why would it have to be either--or? You stay in good shape AND work on yoru confidence and social skills.
It''s all of the above. lol! Except "rich". You have your work cut out for you, OP.
Intelligence and weight are both products of genetics and early childhood. You can temporarily alter your weight, but not permanently.
Intelligence, there is nothing you can do about -- although if you are intelligent but not well-read or informed about the world around you, or not conversant with educated culture, you can, of course, change that.
The other things you list are pretty easy to change with counseling. Even money, to an extent. You can stop behaviours that cost you money in the short or long term, and start saving and investing more wisely.
Losing weight just takes commitment and getting on a treadmill.
Changing one's personality and personal potential takes some deep introspection into one's self and the willingness to change. Most people won't like what they find, and most people are too stubborn to change anything about the ways they do things, because even though it has never worked before, it still works.
