Chow, I asked Mr. CSD your vegan question and he decided that a vegan could still be considered a vegan after becoming a cannibal if they were only going to consume other vegans.

Mr. CSD is torturing me again.
He is trying to make his cell phone, iPad Mini and wireless scanner work at the same time, without me.

I have showed him 4 times how to do this and it just appears impossible to do by himself.

So it is a porch and yes he is very technology challenged.
My Mother who is 74 is much better at technology.

I just realized that my Mother is only 12 years older than Mr. CSD.

I had a late lunch of an Atkins frozen meal.

It's surprisingly good. We try to limit preprocessed foods for the most part, but in a pinch these suckers are pretty good.

I haven't looked at the sodium levels, probably off the charts.... most frozen food is.

My dad started having some health issues recently and he was told to stay away from the frozen TV dinners. He was hitting up Stouffers quite a lot.

I have frozen pizza, popcorn chicken and fish filets for those times when I need to eat but do not feel well enough to cook and actual scratch meal.
Besides that I cannot cook worth a tinker's damn when I do not feel well.

Tonight I am going to have the boiled potatoes with chicken gravy, butter and pepper on them, plain hamburger and some corn in butter sauce.
