I do't think I've ever had fresh made from scratch pasta.
I know when you get fresh hand made tortillas they are friggin excellent.
Got to think the same would hold true for fresh made pasta.
I'm trying to limit those types of carbs.....
I make all of our pasta and the gal that helps me keep the house clean and does laundry and some of the office work for me is Mexican and does she ever make a mean tortilla. I get them fresh made in my kitchen every few weeks. I don't want to be too pushy and I know when she thinks I've eaten too many Chi-Chi's tortillas she will come over and make me fresh ones.
Oh good, we're safe over here for a few more hours since it is already tomorrow there.
Being from the future, I wonder if she can tell me the lotto numbers?
