I took a recipe from Daisy Fuentes for Piccadillo and made it my own and I like mine much better than the original recipe.

I'm trying to limit those types of carbs.....
I make all of our pasta and the gal that helps me keep the house clean and does laundry and some of the office work for me is Mexican and does she ever make a mean tortilla. I get them fresh made in my kitchen every few weeks. I don't want to be too pushy and I know when she thinks I've eaten too many Chi-Chi's tortillas she will come over and make me fresh ones.

I am one spoiled rotten girl.
