Alfredo can be tricky and you can't "slim it down" it's a fatty creamy rich dish.

People always **** it up truying to lean it out.

Just don't eat it much, but have the full fat version.

It's to die for when done right.

There is this little family owned Italian joint that has been around for 40 yrs in our city and they do it up the best.

One thing I highly recommend is to not have a cholesterol screening for about a week afterwards.....

Agree about the south. There is ONE place that we really like around here. The owners are from the north
Other than that, haven't been to anyplace else that I like.
