My Mother and I are going on Friday afternoon to look at 2 Acres for $25,900.00. The house that is on the property looks like it is completely trashed but the 2 Acres is worth it and we have a motor home we can live in until we either repair the house or tear it down and build a different one.

I think this is the property we are going to purchase, it is absolutely in the middle of my Family and Mr. CSD's family, except for the brothers that live in Kentucky and Tennessee.

Nice level ground, at a junction of two sort of popular routes, not a lot of green growy things in the yard for me to run over or tear out or both and it has some sort of shed or garage or something there as well.

The best news is we can probably get it zoned for commercial on 1 of the Acres and set up something commercially if we really want to.

Maybe I will expand my company and purchase a couple more trucks and have parking right at the house.
