It's 4:30 am here.

I fell asleep for like 3 hours and woke up. I'm a bit anxious but this is pretty much normal for me around this time. I'll be fine in a few days lol

My eyes are bothering me, so I know I'm sleepy.

But I'm too anxious to sleep. Arghhh!!!

It is 3:55 am here and I have chronic insomnia which is no fun at all.

Mags, let me know when it is time for the road trip, it will take me a bit longer than 4.5 hours but I'll catch up.

Well meet in Chicago. lol

I was in the hospital for a week with insomnia when I was a kid. I still get mild panic attacks to this day when I sleep away from home.

Going to my first party ever with my roommate/buddy tonight. I'm a bit iffy on whether I can remain a teetoatler .

I thought you went to a football party several week ago.

Mags, I understand completely, I can only be gone from home right about 3 days after that I am grouchy and down right mean until we start heading home.

I've mentioned this before, but I'm working on a project a long way from home. I get to the project and something isn't ready for me, so to kill some time I went to a local Starbucks and I've mentioned this before, but what is it with the employees in these places, every one I've been in the staff seem to be exceptionally cheery, to the point of irritation.... LOL, I guess I'm jealous, but making crap money and working with the public, can't see why the employees seem to be bouncing off the walls with joy.

They all must be sampling the wares, I suppose.

All this talk about insomnia, panic attacks.... LOL, I thought I was the only one screwed up with sleep. I don't have panic attacks but it seems like generalized anxiety has been ramping up the last several months...... some of it is this current project I'm working on, but I seem to have a sense of dread for no apparent reason all the time, complete with the requisite knot in the stomach.
