I was thinking that way. But there is no sexual innuendo, and touching is as far as fist bump and soft punch on my shoulder. Even though there are a lot of eye contacts with smiles.
I have never initiate on touching him. One thing I did was just respond to his fist bump.
( I find fist bump as a friendly gesture just like guys always do with their buddies).

Unless he is good at making woman feel secure before he pounce?
I'm not gonna let it happen. I think I know my limit.
So, do you wear a wedding ring to work? I am asking because it sounded as if he did not know that you are married until he saw you with your husband and started asking questions.
We all feel "hot" when someone other than yours gives you attention. But just know this is all just plain dumb. If you don't like your husband then walk away. Otherwise let this guy know to take a hike. Not that hard.
For you to make a post about this obviously means you dig this dude and like the fact he is flirting with you. Nothing wrong with a little flirting, but it sounds like you might want more.
Btw, you already know what's going on. I don't think you really need to ask.
At first, NO.
I did not bother me. I did not think I like him.
He teased. Did not let me walked away the door and asking me if I would stayed for a while-to this I said NO.
Later, Yep. I found out there are some connection and little attraction though.
Second, third, fourth opinion wouldn't hurt, would it?
