Looks including height, will initially attract me, but his heart & personality will keep me coming back for more! Money, not so much as I make my own, but he does need to be working and ambitious, just like me.
You're just completely wrong.... some women may like those things and not "over all else"

Even women on this forum agree with me.
I'm not saying that these are the only things that matter, but you will need them to get in there. If you go outside tomorrow, look around and see how many mismatched couples you see based on looks and height.
It's funny how men will look for an attribute, maybe multiple attributes (usually physical), and run with it. they figure "eh, she's a pretty girl, got a nice body, I can make this work", and females, they're much more methodical (this rule tends to scale on par with a female's self-esteem).
Females will look for a total package -- Is he attractive, does he have a decent set of wheels and a good job, does he own a respectable home, is he respectful and charming -- Can I bring this guy home to my parents?
Ironically, many times, a female will have a set criteria that they, themselves, do not even possess. Women are so much more picky than men...
I'm not saying that these are the only things that matter, but you will need them to get in there. If you go outside tomorrow, look around and see how many mismatched couples you see based on looks and height.
Is it not the same for many men? Looks are top priority? Obviously there's a range, but most people want a partner they're attracted to. This isn't exclusive to women. And what is this thing about height? Are you implying most women have a preference or strict criteria?
