Sounds like things are well. Hope to hear more positive news.

Nice to hear positives once in a while.

Congrats, good luck!

Other fun ideas:

Those painting and wine classes.
Outdoor summer concerts- many are free.
Art gallery, museum.
Water park.
Frisbee golf.
Hiking.
Visit a national park, like the Grand Canyon.
Beach trip.
Make a meal together.

Etc......

Something simple that doesn't require a lot of money (home cooked dinner or coffee).

And the OP needs to go for a real kiss on next date. That is one good way to determine if a woman is really interested in you or not besides as a fun buddy.

Good luck.

To add more details:

I was very quiet in my teens and even in my 20's, but in my late 20's and now early 30's (I'm 33) I am way more outgoing and confident, especially when it comes to dating. Dated some when I was in my 20's but over got frustrated and had ZERO confidence. Now I have a "you only live once" mentality towards everything, especially dating. Never been married, no kids (she has no kids although she says she likes them a lot).

Wish I could go back in time, especially in my 20's and done things way different.

Ice cream and a movie? I vote for The Purge: Election Year. It can make for great conversation-fodder.

Or The Legend of Tarzan.

Thinking of something simple like a movie since we both have to work the next day, so something early. Then for our next date we can do something on the weekend and have more time.

I also like how this girl is not a drinker and hangs out at bars every single night and acts like a teenager or 20 year old. I know bunch of people my age (early 30's) who are like this. We are both social drinkers. I am so excited to see her on Tuesday.

A couple of glasses of wine is fine, I get that a lot of people don't want to get rip roaring drunk every weekend.
