I have dated a woman two times now. One of these dates was in her home, and we watched a movie and kissed. We really had a great time. It was late at night when the date ended, so she gave me a ride. Before getting out of the car, I humorously said: "Do you accept credit cards?"
When I woke up in the morning, she sent me a message telling me that she is not a prostitute, and she no longer wants to talk to me. After asking about what happened she said that I was looking to pay her for sex, but I asked about whether she accepts credit cards for the ride, not sex. Also, she told me that she was crying from disappointment because of that misunderstanding.
After explaining what I actually meant, I asked her to come to my apartment to watch another movie. I wonder what suggestions you have to make it up to her and make her forget.
Pay her for sex but you only kissed?? huh?
And she cried? What is she, 12?
You have done nothing wrong. I would be pissed after her comment and drop her like a hot potato. What a drama queen.
You are not qualified to tell me how I should describe things that happen to me. Move on.
She is 28. It was too late at night to take a bus.
Two dates isn't a relationship. Not sure how you're confused by that to make the comment you just did. Two dates is still a stranger, and your comment weirded her out, whether or not we agree. Cut your losses and move on.
And PS, I don't need any qualifications to reply to comments on a free messageboard where you posted your business for comment.

Get a car ...
That's my gut thoughts too, crying over a comment like that, what a wimp. It was a bit insensitive, but after he explained it to her she should have gotten over it, if she didn't she would be the type of person you'd have to tip toe around all the time and screw that, got no time for that nonsense. Drama Queen is right.
