Men telling other men to be more manly to get dates but then saying it's okay to wuss out of having an honest conversation with the woman about where you see the relationship going... I love it.
Look at the date this thread was created and compare it to today's date. You will get your answer.
1. Yeah nope. What you responded to her is not included in the date of your first post. Or anywhere in the post.
2. What is it with you and the silly peek a boo answers instead of just giving an answer? No wonder she was confused - or, I guess she was. You may want to work on that. Grownups give answers when people ask questions. It is not weird at all, IMO, given this style, that she had no reason to clearly or even vaguely know you didn't want to go out again.
I am sure by now she has a Valentine's Day date and has forgotten all about it so things have worked out for everyone. Good luck in the future.

You forgot the irony v the constant refrain of "Why don't women do the asking? We would loooooove that! It would be a win!"
ONE chick asks ONE guy out for real and it is even a girl the guy liked enough to go out with in the first place and look at him run run run like the wind.

As this place. (chuckle)
If you are going to use ONE case of why women shouldn’t face their fears and ask out guys, you have bigger problems than having to ask out a dude. Plenty of women pull the same when we ask them out. I know.

Pull what stuff, say they don't want a commitment after the first date? I don't quite get what you're saying.
I don't have the problem you mention.
I'll wait to see if the OP answers the questions I asked.
